Hazelmere is a suburb of Perth, around 14KM E of the CBD. Its proximity to major traffic links makes it an ideal short-term base for travelers. The Roe Highway is on the eastern border, to the south is the Great Eastern Highway Bypass, and on the northern edge is land that forms part of the Perth Airport.

This tourist park has many pet friendly accommodation options. They do have powered and unpowered tent sites that fits in with this section looking at dog friendly camping WA. However, they also have a selection of caravan sites and cabins ranging from budget through to deluxe.

Another plus is that they offer ‘Doggy Day Care”; details and costs on their website. There is also an on-lead dog exercise area within the park and more dog walking areas nearby.

Other facilities include a Camp Kitchen, lounge area, swimming pool, recreation room, playground, BBQ’s, laundry and free WIFI.

A boutique resort in the hinterland not far from Pt Douglas. The views over the surrounding valleys and forest areas are gorgeous. The resort has a decided Balinese feel to the décor, in such a way that you can easily just chill out and put your feet up.

It has 6 rooms in total, including a 2-bedroom Villa as well as 4 other bedrooms of 2 different grades.

It is adults only as children under 18 years are not permitted, but is pet friendly for well-behaved dogs.
