Being only 10-minutes off the main highway, about 30-minutes North of Rockhampton and the Capricorn Coast it is an ideal location as a base for your day trips. Mind you, the retreat has so much to see as well from farm tours, animal feeding, bush walking, canoeing, fishing and at night sitting around the campfire and gazing at how bright the stars are.
There are cabins where the dog is permitted inside; but must be kept off all furniture. There are also a Lodge and House for accommodation, where the dog must be kept outside, but the retreat can provide a portable kennel to make things easier.

In this instance we have chosen Warwick; ideal if you have traveled North from NSW where the New England Highway makes its way North through places such as Tenterfield before continuing on to Warwick.
