Beechworth is in the Victorian High-Country region and has a major focus on history, scenery and enjoying the outdoors.
The Woolshed Cabins are situated close to the Woolshed Falls, with 4 x 2-bedroom cabins set on the 12-acre property.
They are pet friendly, with verandahs on each cabin, and your dog is permitted inside at night with the exclusion of Woolshed 1. Dogs need to have their vaccinations up to date.

What a beautiful spot for a retreat; wildlife, bush, the Puffing Billy Railway, the 1,000 steps Kokoda Walk, lookouts, gardens, wineries and amazing food.

At the southernmost part of Victoria’s western coast is Cape Otway; an area where Bass Strait and the Southern Ocean meet.
The Great Otway National park takes up much of the area; rich with rainforest, streams and waterfalls along with small beaches in various pockets around the cape.
Shearwater has 4 unique cottages in an area surrounded by the National Park.

This is a great place as a base on your travels. Imagine having the Grampians as a backdrop as this caravan resort has. Stunning.
The resort has a solar heated pool for those times when it’s a bit colder.
This property had us at “solar heated pool” and with it having dog friendly accommodation with pool is even better.
As well as powered caravan sites they have pet friendly cabins and there is a great off leash dog area to exercise your dog.

Warrina Motor Inn – Wodonga
Wodonga is on the southern side of the Murray River, with Albury NSW on the northern side.
This motor inn is an Aussie-style 3-star motel for those looking for a dog friendly stay that won’t break the bank.
It does come with a year-round swimming pool and WIFI.
