Description
The Burgess Excel Forage & Feast Hay Bar is a 60g hay-based treat for rabbits and guinea pigs, available in Marigold, Cornflower or Rose. Made with natural ingredients and high in fibre, it encourages natural foraging behaviour and fits well into a fibre-led diet alongside everyday feeding.
The bar comes in three flavours, Marigold, Cornflower and Rose, so you can choose the variety your pet prefers or alternate between them. The Cornflower bar is made mainly from meadow hay (73.3%) and cornflower petals (5.5%), along with oat flakes, wheat flakes, pea flakes, carrot, parsley, alfalfa, wheat, puffed wheat, maize flakes, puffed maize, lemon balm, peppermint, beetroot, ribwort, echinacea, oats, red clover, marigold blossoms and dandelion. The Rose bar uses the same recipe with rose blossoms (5.5%) in place of the cornflower petals. The Marigold bar uses the same hay-bar range with marigold flowers, and its full ingredient list is printed on the pack.
This hay bar is intended to be fed in moderation as a treat, alongside unlimited hay, fresh greens and clean water, as part of the Excel feeding plan. It suits owners looking for a natural, fibre-rich way to add variety and enrichment to their rabbit's or guinea pig's diet.
