Aside from the above, remember that large sections of Tasmania are National Parks; not just for the flora but also for many species of fauna that may be rare and/or endangered.

The best pet friendly hotels Tasmania

Hobart & wider surrounds

Once again, as with “Resorts” we couldn’t find any dog friendly hotels to include in this section.

However, there are some amazing cottages and larger properties that shine in other ways, such as amazing locations with stunning scenery, historic homes, farm stays, etc.

The luxury of a hotel is nice, but some of these other properties throughout Tasmania offer the luxury in different ways.

Waking to a calm, quiet environment with just birdsong is a luxury that most of us don’t have in our everyday life.
