Bells Beach Cottages – Great Ocean Road area
There are 3, 2-bedroom self-contained cottages that make up this property.
Set in from the coastline the property is surrounded by woodland and native wildlife.
You are only a short drive from all the amenities the area is famous for.
The cottages are pet friendly and although allowed inside they must be kept off the furniture and out of the rooms.
There is one exception; if you don’t have a dog bed with you, they do have a small dog bed available upon request.
There is also a pet surcharge of $35 per day.

Lake Hamilton Motor Village and Caravan Park – Hamilton (Grampians)
Hamilton is a large town in the south west of the state.
It is very much a crossroads town, with major routes in various directions that pass through the town.
That makes it an ideal base if you are heading east to Geelong, north to The Grampians, south to the coast, or even west towards South Australia.
Sheep grazing and primary industries form most of its economy.
There are some great museums in the town; the Hamilton Pastoral Museum, Campes Motor Museum and also the Sir Reginald Ansett Transport Museum.
This Caravan Park is dog friendly for their powered sites and ensuite sites in the caravan site section of the park.
It is well situated, being close to the lake, botanical gardens and the Sir Reginald Ansett transport museum.
Dogs are permitted at the managers discretion and subject to the conditions of their pet policy that you can discuss before making your booking.
Amenities include a Camp Kitchen and function room, games room, BBQ areas, playground and swimming pool.

Cohuna is midway between Echuca and Swan Hill and the park is located on Gunbower Island.

Fishing and water activities are the main past time here, but it also makes a really interesting road trip stop over to gain a good look at a remote part of the state.
