Lake Argyle Resort & Caravan Park – Lake Argyle
Once again, we struggled with finding suitable properties for a getaway in this region.
In this instance we are including a property that we have featured elsewhere in this guide, as it still fits the brief.
The Ord River Dam was formed to create the massive water source that we now know as Lake Argyle; volume-wise 20 times that of Sydney Harbour.
The resort is a drive of around 40-minutes from Kununurra.
Lake views dominate no matter where you look.
The resort is pet friendly, with their accommodation options excluding the actual “Lake View Villas” but do include the Cabins and Caravan/Camping sites.
Mention your dog’s requirements prior to booking.
They have a restaurant onsite as well as the gorgeous Infinity Pool overlooking the lake from up high.
