Thanks for dropping by to read this article on dog friendly road trips Victoria.
Be realistic on how far you can travel when planning and booking your dog friendly accommodation in Victoria.
The state may be smaller than some in terms or area, but Melbourne now matches Sydney on population and that means a lot of traffic on the roads.
The COVID-19 pandemic has hindered that initiative. Unfortunately, Victoria has been very severely hit compared to other states and they will need more help from us all when some greater normality returns.
We have seen border closures, suburbs in lockdown, closed businesses, parks closed, flight and travel restrictions, that have all impacted beyond the health and economic causes.
The State has many regions due to its size and terrain, so rather than use the established regions we have grouped them together to make areas that could be destination with a greater number of places to visit and stay.
