Hideaway Bay is a small community, along with Dingo Beach that can be found on the Whitsundays coast by following a sealed road all the way to the coast from the highway North of Proserpine. This is a laidback coastal area where the population is only around 400 people outside of tourist season.

The park offers a selection of powered or unpowered sites and they are dog friendly; you just need to be able to keep your dog restrained and under control as there is a lot of wildlife here.
