Wallaroo is a 72,000-acre working cattle property that also happens to have dog friendly tourist accommodation. It is situated North of Roma on the way North towards Carnarvon Gorge. The property is about a 50-minute drive from Injune if you need to stock up on supplies or fuel.

Accommodation is 8 Glamping tents. Although they are a dog friendly destination you have to keep the dogs out of the tents. For a fee of $10 per day there are 2 kennels and it would pay to book these in advance as this is Dingo country.
There are 6 bathrooms back at the hall and you can also book Camp Oven Dinners if you feel like a night off from cooking and just spend hours looking at all the stars in the night sky.
