Erldunda Roadhouse – Ghan area
This roadhouse, motel, camping and caravan park is in Erldunda, near the intersection of the Stuart Highway and the Lasseter Highway.
Aside from being a stopover point, somewhere to eat, sleep and refuel, it also has a Kangaroo farm, Emu enclosure, and a platform to watch the sunset.
This is pretty much as close as you can be to being right in the centre of Australia and is around 260KM from Uluru.
It is the camping and caravan sites that are the dog friendly accommodation option.
